About Roundtree Tarpey

Roundtree Tarpey is a firm of solicitors originally established in 1995 by Jack Roundtree as ‘HJ Roundtree Solicitors’. In January 2001 John Tarpey joined the firm and ‘Roundtree Tarpey Solicitors’ was formed.

Since we were established in 1995 we have at all times operated from our current address.

We are now in our third decade. Throughout our years of practice we have been dedicated to building strong and lasting relationships with our clients by providing them with ready accessibility and clarity when working through sometimes complex processes. We pride ourselves on the professional and personal approach that we take, and the high quality of service that we deliver to our clients.

Our firm handles transactions of every size and complexity, and we pride ourselves on our ability to give our clients relevant, uncomplicated and practical advice in respect of any legal matter.

We form and maintain long term relationships with our clients. We encourage our clients to feel free to contact us when they need legal assistance, however large or small. We offer a friendly, informal and efficient service at a competitive and reasonable cost. It is our policy to only charge fees for substantive work done and to try to pitch fees at a level where both parties are satisfied that they represent good value for our services.

Our areas of expertise include Conveyancing and Property Law, Commercial and Residential Leases, Commercial and Company Law, Wills and Estate Planning, Probate and Administration of Estates and Civil Litigation.

We were authorised by the Legal Services Regulatory Authority to operate as a Limited Liability Partnership (LLP) from 29 March 2021 and we now practice as Roundtree Tarpey LLP.
